Intuit, Inc. is hiring dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, offering tax planning and software support while building lasting client relationships.

The role emphasizes on-site customer service, collaboration with bookkeeping payroll teams, and active community engagement to grow the TurboTax client base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of federal and state business tax returns (1065/1120-S) experience for 20+ clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation with ~30 returns/year.
• Bookkeeping knowledge and QuickBooks ProAdvisor interest.
• State licenses/certificates/bonds as required.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Ability to work onsite 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full tax prep for consumer and business clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement.
• Serve as primary relationship owner, coordinating with bookkeeping & payroll teams.
• Deliver proactive, personalized tax planning and guidance.
