Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Converse Direct Brand Representative – Visual Merchandising in a store environment. This 1099 independent contractor role focuses on executing brand standards, merchandising displays, and maintaining marketing materials to drive in-store presence.

Responsibilities include on-site execution, reporting via the ThirdChannel app, and coordinating with store leadership to schedule visits. Onboarding eligibility and independent work across locations are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or visual merchandising experience strongly preferred.
• Passion for the Converse brand, footwear, and lifestyle fashion.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and problem-solve on site.
• Must own a smart device with internet access (iOS 16.0+ or Android 13.0+).

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising according to Converse guidelines and directives.
• Confirm installation and visibility of marketing and promotional materials.
• Maintain product presentation standards to ensure a premium in-store experience.
• Build strong relationships with store teams to support sell-through and visibility.
• Submit store visit reports, including photos and written feedback, using the ThirdChannel app on a smart device.
