Job summary

Mondelēz International in Marlton, NJ seeks a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking shelves, and maintaining or updating displays. You will represent Nabisco brands in stores, perform in-store visits, place orders via iPad to keep stock, and ensure brand guidelines are followed.

The role requires driving own vehicle, a positive attitude, and ability to work a varied schedule.

Qualifications

• Retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and optimize shelf visibility and promotional displays.
• Visit stores according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising steps and capture pictures of displays.
• Order product (via iPad) for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through company guidelines.
• Follow sales reps’ negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily merchandising schedule for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.
