Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Walmart Retail Merchandiser to ensure client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability and executing merchandising activities. You will be the main contact with store management and represent Acosta.

Schedule varies: part-time with 2–4 days or full-time with at least 5 days, Tuesday and Friday required. Start between 6am and 9am, with no evenings. You must have reliable transport and be 18+.

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Scheduled work can be Sunday thru Saturday with days depending on location.
• Full-Time: Flexible schedule, at least 5 days a week (Tuesday, Friday required).
• Part-Time: Flexible schedule, 2-4 days (Tuesday, Friday required).
• Start work between 6am-9am, 6am-6pm (no evenings).
• Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock and pack out products.
• Straighten product on the shelf.
• Receive and transport coupons and signage materials to place in store.
• Be comfortable using a company-issued mobile device to complete work while navigating multiple apps.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Acosta and clients in Walmart stores.
• Collaborate with Walmart store management and associates.
• Communicate with direct manager via email, phone, and text.
• Complete work within provided timeframe.
• Follow detailed instructions to get it right first time.
• Provide accurate data and photos by following instructions.
• Report work the same day you complete it.
