Job summary

Acosta Group is recruiting a Walmart Retail Merchandiser to ensure client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability and visibility. You will be the main contact with store management and represent Acosta Group in your assigned store.

Hours vary; full-time positions require at least five days per week with Tue and Fri as essential days. Part-time roles offer 2–4 days per week with Tue and Fri required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation to multiple retail locations.
• Experience in retail merchandising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scheduled work can be Sunday thru Saturday. Days depend on location.
• Full-Time: at least 5 days a week (Tue, Fri required).
• Part-Time: 2-4 days (Tue, Fri required).
• Start work between 6am-9am, 6am-6pm; no evenings.
• Locate merchandise in backroom, stock and pack out products.
• Straighten product on shelves and receive/transport coupons and signage materials.
• Use a company-issued mobile device to complete work and navigate multiple apps.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Acosta and clients in Walmart stores; collaborate with store management.
• Communicate with direct manager via email, phone, and text.
