Job summary

Acosta Group is hiring a Walmart Retail Merchandiser to ensure client brands stand out in Walmart stores by driving product availability. You will be the main contact with store management and represent Acosta Group in your assigned store.

You will work a flexible schedule starting between 6am and 9am, with days spanning Sunday to Saturday depending on location. This role offers a part-time option with consistent Tuesday and Friday requirements, and a health plan option is available.

Qualifications

• The minimum age is 18 years or older.
• Experience in merchandising or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scheduled work can be Sunday through Saturday; days vary by location.
• Full-Time: at least 5 days a week (Tue and Fri required).
• Part-Time: 2–4 days (Tue and Fri required).
• Start between 6am–9am; work 6am–6pm (no evenings).
• Locate merchandise in the backroom and stock products.
• Straighten products on shelves.
• Receive and transport coupons and signage to store.
• Use a company mobile device to complete work and navigate apps.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Acosta and its clients in Walmart stores.
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates.
• Communicate with your direct manager via email/phone/text.
