Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. This 1099 independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling and immediate start upon certification.

Store visits are scheduled twice per month, one hour each, across assigned locations. You will use the ThirdChannel App to record surveys, upload photos, and report findings.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and highly professional.
• Tech-savvy with comfort navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Each initial visit begins with an audit, moves into follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transitions into visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
