Job summary

Mondelez International in Weslaco, TX is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to ensure in-store excellence. The role involves stocking shelves, building displays, taking order requests via iPad using Salesforce, and maintaining in-stock conditions for iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy!

You will work with store teams to execute RTM plans, capture photos, and support seasonal launches.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID.
• Ability to drive your own vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, and moving product; occasionally push/pull over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock shelves to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Set up and maintain displays in-store and capture display photos via DMI.
• Place orders via iPad to keep shelf and display stock up to date using Salesforce.
• Coordinate with store personnel to support RTM plans and seasonal launches.
• Provide store-level insights and communicate issues to the RTM team.
