Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. As an independent contractor, you will act as liaison between brand and retail environments, performing regular visits and reporting outcomes.

Store visits are scheduled twice per month, about one hour each, with flexible hours and immediate start after certification.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality and strong relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and professional demeanor.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local stores.
• Own a smart device with connectivity (iOS/Android).
• Experience in wireless/consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Initial audit, follow-up visits to resolve issues, and progression to visual merchandising over time.
• Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data and photos.
