ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. You will act as the liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing recurring visits to ensure product presentation and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).

Responsabilités

• Retail Audits & Quality Control: Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Visit Execution: Initial audit, followed by visits to resolve issues and transition into visual merchandising over time.
• Display & Merchandising Fixes: Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & Reporting: Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data/photos in real time.
