Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless/telecom brand. You will be the liaison between the brand and local retail stores, visiting locations on a scheduled cadence as an independent contractor.

Visits are typically one hour each and occur twice per month, with variable store counts by market. This role offers flexible scheduling and immediate start dates after certification, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Audits, merchandising, and quality control experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and professional communication skills.
• Experience navigating mobile reporting tools and apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-store audits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Perform follow-up visits to address issues and support visual merchandising.
• Assist store staff in resolving display or brand issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys, submit data, and photos in real time.
