Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits and merchandising for a leading wireless brand. You will visit stores, perform audits, ensure product quality, and elevate the brand experience as a liaison between stores and the brand.

Visits are one hour each, scheduled twice per month, with immediate start upon certification. This flexible role offers competitive hourly pay and a supplementary income stream for independent contractors.

Qualifications

• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Each initial visit begins with an audit, moves into follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transitions into visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
