Job summary

Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics & storage brand inside top national retailers across the United States. This is a 1-year continuity program with the same rep in each location, rotating every 8 weeks to build familiarity with shoppers and store teams.

Location options include Evansville, Highland, or Avon, IN. Training is paid, and you’ll check in using the Ubeya app, report with photos, and wear a branded name badge.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer store(s).
• Smartphone with data for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Ability to commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks).
• Residential mailing address (no PO Boxes) for brand-issued name badge shipment.
• Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit.
• Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted).

Responsibilities

• Complete one 1-hour in-store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program. Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand's flagship product line — ask great questions and explain product benefits in clear, friendly language.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
• Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays at every visit (reference photos provided during training).
• Check in and check out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos + reporting before clocking out.
• Maintain a professional in-store presence: clean polo + jeans (no rips/holes) and visible brand-issued name badge at all times.
• Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing - Acosta Group professionally at all times — you are the face of the brand inside the retailer.
• Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in-store visit.
