Advantage Solutions is seeking team members to support live events and product sampling, helping shoppers connect with brands they love. In this role, you will engage customers, promote products, and deliver on our purpose across various store locations.

We offer $18.00 per hour, flexible scheduling of 2-3 shifts per week including weekends, training provided, and benefits options to fit your needs. No prior experience required; we value enthusiasm and reliability.

Qualifications

• Interacts with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing up to 6 hours.
• Safety-first mindset in a retail environment.
• Able to prep, cook, and clean work area and equipment.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Works independently but can also build a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and promoting brands through live events and sampling.
• Support setup and execution of tastings and product sampling in-store and at events.
