Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative to perform in-store wireless audits, merchandising, and quality control. You will bridge the brand with retail stores, conducting audits and maintaining brand presence across locations.

Visits are twice per month, one hour each, with immediate start dates after certification. This flexible freelance opportunity offers supplemental income and requires reliable transportation and a smart device.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality and strong relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, professional and reliable.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to local stores.
• Own smart device with internet (iOS 17+/Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless/telecom or electronics retail preferred.
• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Audits and follow-ups, evolving into visual merchandising as needed.
• Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit real-time data.
