Job summary

You will conduct mini-makeovers, skincare consultations, and demonstrate products with expertise, helping customers find solutions that fit their needs and budget.

In this role you will engage with customers, lead in-store events to promote Owned Brands, and uphold department standards while collaborating with store leadership to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with defined sales goals or proactive beauty sales and customer care.
• Ability to work with little supervision and meet objectives.
• Knowledge of products/brands to engage customers and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with products, and resolve issues for a positive experience.
• Demonstrate products and provide skincare consultations and mini-makeovers.
• Lead in-store events to promote brand awareness and owned brands.
• Maintain department standards, hygiene, and stock; assist in omnichannel engagement.
