Job summary

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates, peers, and guests.
• Regularly participate in ongoing training to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
• Be knowledgeable of Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, inventory procedures, and processing shipments using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, cash wrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
