Job summary

CVS Health's beauty retail division is hiring a Beauty Sales Consultant to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service in the store's beauty zone. You will build personalized baskets, share the latest trends, and act as the brand expert to maximize sales through effective upselling and product knowledge.

This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, in-store training, and opportunities to participate in monthly promos and CVS Beauty Club programs.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in beauty retail preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish in some CVS stores.
• Able to perform ear-piercing services (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable sales service to every client in the beauty zone.
• Build personalized, robust baskets for each customer.
• Upsell and follow up to drive sales and create lasting relationships.
• Create and maintain beauty product displays and promotions.
