CVS Health is hiring a Beauty Sales Consultant for our Bethesda store. You will deliver friendly, knowledgeable beauty advice, build personalized baskets, and provide an exceptional customer experience in the store's beauty zone.

You will upsell, discuss CVS Beauty Club promotions, maintain attractive displays, and stay compliant with hygiene and safety standards. The role requires a sales-driven mindset, excellent communication, and flexibility to work varied shifts in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Sales oriented with a focus on customer experience.
• Flexibility to work a varied retail schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Bilingual English/Spanish in some stores is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable beauty advice to build sales baskets.
• Upsell and follow up to create lasting customer relationships.
• Maintain product displays, end caps, and promotions.
• Explain product usage and CVS Beauty Club promotions.
• Ensure hygiene standards and tester sanitation.
