Job summary

Devon Self Storage is seeking a Full-Time Assistant General Manager at our East Falmouth store. You will open/close the store, drive rentals and protection plans, process payments, and deliver a high-touch customer experience.

The role offers growth opportunities, a Monday–Saturday schedule with flexibility, and internal training to build your career. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs as part of daily tasks.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.
• Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance with reliable transportation.
• Strong multitasking ability and familiarity with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Open, close and secure the store each day and meet sales goals through rentals and merchandise.
• Process payments, balance receipts and complete bank deposits.
• Maintain product displays and ensure timely stocking and pricing.
• Assist General Manager with online auctions and other tasks; training provided.
• Build long-lasting customer relationships and deliver high-touch service.
