Job summary

Devon Self Storage is seeking a Full-Time Assistant General Manager for our West Bend, WI store. You will help customers choose storage options, process payments, and drive a great customer experience while supporting store operations.

You will be responsible for opening/closing, meeting sales goals, maintaining product displays, and assisting with online auctions. A strong focus on customer service and reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Physically capable to lift 30+ lbs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store, secure premises daily.
• Meet and exceed rental/sales goals and merchandise sales.
• Order, stock, price, and display products in a timely manner.
• Assist General Manager with online auction process.
