Job summary

A.J. Perri Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is hiring In-Store Appointment Setters/Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores.

We offer hourly pay plus uncapped commission with an average earnings potential of $20–$30 per hour. Weekly pay via direct deposit and paid training are provided, and flexible part-time and full-time schedules allow advancement into HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

Qualifications

• You don’t need HVAC experience to be successful; we are looking for people who are outgoing and comfortable speaking with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, door-to-door, or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• You must be able to stand and walk during shifts, with weekend and some holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
