Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, A/C, Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to operate inside national home improvement retailers in Shawnee, KS. You will engage customers, promote HVAC services, educate on tune-ups and indoor air quality, and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.

No HVAC experience is required; we seek outgoing people with sales or retail backgrounds, weekend availability, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
