Job summary

Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, A/C, Rooter is hiring Sales Lead Generators to work inside national home improvement retail stores, promoting HVAC services, tune-ups, and indoor air quality solutions. Generate leads for a free in-home consultation or sell a home performance tune-up with industry experts taking over.

Roles include flexible part-time and full-time schedules with weekly pay through direct deposit and uncapped commissions on top of hourly rates.

Qualifications

• Outgoing candidates who can initiate friendly conversations with shoppers.
• Experience in retail, kiosk, or sales environments is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability required.
• Reliable transportation to store locations is essential.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance representing the Hamilton brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment may require a background check as per applicable law.
