Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, A/C, Rooter is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to work inside major home improvement retail locations in Kansas City, MO. You’ll discuss heating and cooling upgrades, air quality, energy savings, and home performance tune‑ups, generating leads for a free in‑home consultation.

This high‑energy, in‑store role offers weekly pay, uncapped commissions, paid training, flexible full‑time and part‑time opportunities, and a career path into HVAC sales.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
