Job summary

ARS is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Indianapolis, IN. Roles available part-time and full-time; base pay $18-$20 per hour plus uncapped commission, with average earnings $20-$35/hour with commission.

You’ll engage with customers in-store, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations, while working toward lead-generation goals and enjoying weekly pay, paid training, and

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.
