ARS is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Harrisonburg, VA. This role offers part-time and full-time opportunities with hourly pay plus uncapped commission.

Engage customers, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations while learning ARS products and services. Weekly pay, paid training, and benefits after 31 days are included.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
