American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring Appointment Setters to work inside major home improvement retail locations in Escondido, CA. This is a sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting for ARS home comfort solutions.

We offer weekly pay with uncapped commissions, paid training, and flexible part-time or full-time schedules. Full-time employees may receive insurance options after 31 days and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality suitable for shopper engagement.
• Retail or sales experience preferred, not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners while they shop and introduce ARS heating, cooling, and home comfort solutions.
• Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort, energy efficiency, and IAQ.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on ARS services and home improvement solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a professional in-store presence.
• Support in-store promotions alongside retail management and ARS team members.

• Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on ARS heating and cooling services and home improvement solutions
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations

Qualifications

• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
