Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking an In Stock Specialist to oversee in-stock integrity, pricing accuracy, and the performance of electronic shelf tags and AI-powered cameras. You will own on-shelf availability, signage accuracy, and compliance during item transitions and promotions while delivering exceptional guest service.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality ops.
• 1-2 years coordinating teams.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with electronic shelf label systems, inventory management technology, or AI-enabled retail tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure electronic shelf tags and AI-powered cameras function correctly.
• Own price accuracy across departments including tags and signage.
• Oversee planogram execution and product placement.
• Conduct regular in-stock checks and address out-of-stock issues.
• Support store operations during peak times as cashier or in other areas.
• Verify deals and promotions on signage and shelf tags.
• Assist with pricing integrity and discrepancy resolution.
• Prepare for future technology integrations.
