Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking an In Stock Specialist to lead in-stock integrity, pricing accuracy, and optimal use of electronic shelf tags and AI-powered cameras. You will ensure availability, correct signage, and compliant promotions while maintaining fast-paced store operations behind the scenes.

You will coordinate teams, verify planograms, and support peak times as needed, ensuring a seamless guest experience and strong sales execution across departments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• 1-2 years of experience coordinating teams.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Ensure electronic shelf tags and Captana systems function correctly.
• Be the point person for AI-powered cameras for in-stock tracking.
• Conduct regular out-of-stock checks and take corrective action.
• Manage planogram execution and product placement accuracy.
• Own price accuracy across departments, including signage and displays.
• Support pricing integrity processes with spot audits.
