Job summary

Ursa Major is seeking a skilled engineer to own propulsion hardware from concept to production, including pressure vessels, tanks, thrusters and fluid systems. You will design, modify, and validate components, and lead integration with other teams across In-Space programs.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering and 2+ years of hardware design ownership, with experience in CAD, DFMs, and GD&T per ASME Y14.5. A fast-paced, collaborative environment awaits with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of hardware design ownership experience.
• Proficiency in design for manufacturability basics.
• CAD/ drafting with GD&T per ASME Y14.5 is expected.
• Hands-on with pressure vessels, fluids, mechanical & electrical systems.
