College Admissions Made Possible 2.0 (CAMP) is seeking a CAMP In-School Tutor to deliver high-dosage math tutoring at Bessemer Middle School. The role functions as a classroom instructor, planning lessons, tracking growth, and adjusting instruction based on data.

Tutors lead sessions three times weekly for 60 minutes in small groups, monitor attendance and progress, and collaborate with CAMP staff to meet growth targets.

Qualifications

• Requires professional instructional delivery of math tutoring within a school day.
• Ability to monitor student progress and adjust instruction based on data.
• Experience working with middle or high school students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-dosage tutoring sessions in Math, three times per week (60 minutes) for groups of 5–8.
• Use provided curriculum lesson plans to guide instruction.
• Monitor and document student progress across tutoring cycles.
