Transitions Counseling Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time clinician to split time between in-school counseling within partnering districts and outpatient work at our Franklin office and via virtual sessions.

Qualifications

• Licensure: LICSW or LMHC, or provisionally licensed with master’s and working toward independent licensure.
• Experience with children and adolescents required; adults a plus.
• Comfort with documentation and electronic health records (SimplePractice).
• Ability to work in both school and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling to students in school in collaboration with school staff.
• Deliver outpatient counseling to children, teens, adults, and older adults in person or virtually.
• Attend family sessions, parent meetings, intake assessments, and treatment planning updates.
• Travel between districts as needed and maintain reliable transportation.
