Responsibilities

Acknowledge customers immediately with a smile.
Inform guests of specials and have menu knowledge.
Take beverage orders and serve promptly.
Ensure food orders are correct before serving.
Monitor tables and attend to guests’ needs.
Clear plates and glasses promptly to bus carts.
Prepare sections and side stations; keep tables clean and set properly.
Prepare silverware quickly at table; clean area after.
