About the Role

Located in one of Atlanta's most prestigious neighborhoods, this Forbes 4-Star and AAA 4-Diamond hotel features over 200 rooms, meeting spaces, and multiple dining outlets, including in-room dining. We are seeking a friendly and efficient server to deliver exceptional guest service in our in-room dining department.

Responsibilities

• Prepare room service trays and tables for incoming orders
• Retrieve checks, set tables, and deliver food and beverages to guest rooms and meeting spaces
• Serve meals, collect trays, and respond promptly to guest requests
• Present checks, process payments, and handle order taker duties
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per regulations
• Maintain knowledge of menu, promotions, and specials
• Ensure guest satisfaction and station cleanliness
• Support team members and attend training sessions
