Waldorf Astoria is seeking an In Room Dining Server to join the Food & Beverage team at this luxurious Atlanta property!

Located in a prestigious neighborhood, this Forbes 4-Star and AAA 4-Diamond hotel features a 42-story tower with over 200 rooms (including guest rooms and residences), more than 10,000 sq ft of meeting space, and 3 food & beverage outlets, including a restaurant, bar, and in-room dining service.

· Shift: Various - must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

As an In Room Service Server, your responsibilities include delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously, ensuring excellent guest service and supporting the hotel's profitability. Responsibilities include:

• Setting up trays and tables for incoming orders
• Retrieving checks, setting tables, delivering food and beverages to guest rooms and meeting rooms
• Serving meals, collecting trays, responding to guest requests
• Presenting checks and processing payments
• Answering room service calls and taking orders
• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per regulations
• Maintaining knowledge of menu, specials, and promotions
• Inputting orders into POS system
• Ensuring guest satisfaction and station stock levels
• Supporting department operations and supporting the coordinator
• Checking guest satisfaction, anticipating needs, and attending training sessions
• Following opening and closing duties, attending meetings, and performing other duties as assigned
