Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and may involve serving alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer in-room dining calls and record guest orders.
• Clearly communicate menu options, specials, preparation times, and charges.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure timely preparation.
• Set up trays, carts, and service items according to standards.
• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and professionally.
• Confirm guest satisfaction and provide attentive service upon delivery.
• Process payments and maintain cash-handling procedures as required.
• Retrieve trays and carts from guest rooms and service areas.
• Maintain clean, stocked in-room dining areas.
• Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and hospitality procedures.
