Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, on the Kona coast of Hawaii, is seeking an In Room Dining - Room Service Server to deliver luxury hospitality in guest rooms and villas. You will provide menu guidance, ensure timely service, and work with culinary and Front of House teams to create memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of food service, restaurant, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Ability to carry and balance trays and comfortably work in a physically active environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and varying schedules based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms and villas with quality, presentation, and timeliness.
• Describe menu items, ingredients, flavors, and preparation methods with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to special requests, and create memorable experiences through thoughtful service.
• Set up, maintain, and clear In Room Dining tables, trays, and service stations.
• Process guest checks accurately and ensure all transactions are completed properly.
• Assist with order taking and preparation of small food items as needed.
• Collaborate with culinary, stewarding, and Front of House teams to deliver seamless experiences.
• Uphold Four Seasons standards of luxury service and genuine care.
