Crescent Hotels & Resorts is hiring an In Room Dining Server for the grand opening of JW Marriott Reston Station in Reston, VA. Join the opening team for Virginia's first JW Marriott and contribute to a luxury guest experience in a premier 28-story hotel near the Silver Line.

You'll set up and deliver food and beverages, provide VIP amenities, and service hospitality suites while upholding sanitation and service standards. This role supports a dynamic, guest-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain professional appearance standards.
• Ability to communicate well with guests.
• Able to transport up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
• Willing to pitch in and assist teammates on shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and deliver all food and beverage orders per guidelines.
• Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve trays to maintain sanitation.
• Set up and deliver VIP amenities.
• Service hospitality suites according to policies.
• Complete shift side-work as required by policies.
• Address guest needs and report issues to supervisor.
• Handle cash and follow company procedures.
• Be punctual and dependable; perform other duties as assigned.
