This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You'll collaborate with the Banquet team to ensure smooth setups, timely service, and guest satisfaction, while upholding Four Seasons standards.

Qualifications

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and move banquet equipment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
• Previous hotel or banquet experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-determined menu knowledge and relay guest orders to the kitchen.
• Assist in setting up linen, china, glass, silver, and accents for events.
• Anticipate guest needs and address concerns promptly.
• Breakdown and reset tables, buffets, and stations after events.
• Collaborate professionally with coworkers and supervisors.
• Serve and prepare drinks for guests.
