Sage Restaurant Group is hiring at The Emporium Savannah, located in Perry Lane Hotel, Savannah, GA. This part-time Food & Beverage position focuses on timely food delivery, high-quality plate presentation, and guest satisfaction within a luxury hotel setting.

You'll work in a vibrant team, maintaining knowledge of menus, liquor offerings, and service procedures, while adhering to safety and dress code requirements. Comprehensive benefits and discounts accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in similar position of 3 months or longer.
• Must have basic knowledge of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely delivery of food and ensuring plate presentations and food quality are of the highest standard possible.
• Maintain knowledge of table/seat/station Numbers, room capacity, hours of operation, setup, and dress code.
• Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic selections, glassware and garnishes.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, prices, preparation method/time, major ingredients, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with state liquor regulations and safe operation of equipment.
• Assist other employees and departments to support overall performance.
