Job summary

Koʻa Kea Resort on Poipu Beach – Kauai is seeking a part-time In Room Dining / Pool Server. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages to rooms and pool areas with friendly, attentive service.

Responsibilities include coordinating with culinary and bar teams, maintaining cleanliness of service areas, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Prior resort or poolside serving experience is preferred, with emphasis on accuracy and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the English language and clear communication with guests and team members.
• Good mathematical and basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 20 pounds.
• Prior serving experience in a resort, poolside, or outdoor dining is a plus.
