Job summary

Fairmont Austin is seeking a guest-focused teammate for the In Room Dining team. You will report to the In Room Dining Manager and provide consistently professional service, including managing guest arrival lists and ensuring mini-bar accuracy.

Responsibilities include maintaining room service ware standards, restocking mini-bars, and following safety, sanitation, and outlet policies. Excellent communication and an ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous service experience an asset.
• Previous Point of Sale System experience an asset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow Colleagues without constant supervision.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
