CoralTree Hospitality is seeking an In-Room Dining Team Member to support the delivery of in-room dining and amenities, ensuring every area is clean and organized and guests receive exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering service to guests and handling cash transactions.
• Fluent English communication, both spoken and written.
• Flexible with work days and hours.
• Ability to multi-task while ensuring accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests promptly and in a friendly manner.
• Maintain a commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Guarantee cleanliness and safety of In-Room Dining (IRD) equipment.
• Provide general hotel information for guests.
• Assist with guest dining requests and delivery of daily resort amenities to guest rooms.
• Attend to pool-related needs, including towels, chairs, and umbrellas.
• Arrange and clean pool furniture and umbrellas to be neat and visually appealing.
• Monitor equipment and facilities and report hazards.
