• 2+ years of culinary experience in a fine-dining, resort, or high-volume setting.
• High School Diploma or GED; food handler cert required.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays; safety-conscious kitchen practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain restaurant-quality preparation and presentation across orders.
• Plate and package dishes to preserve temperature and texture.
• Inspect dishes for cleanliness, accuracy, garnishes, and accompaniments.
• Accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions with precision.
• Coordinate timing to ensure on-time delivery to guest rooms.
• Assist VIP presentations and special events.
• Notify supervisor of shortages or substitutions.
• Keep stations clean and stocked for high-volume service.
• Own quality control; reject subpar dishes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
