Waldorf Astoria Orlando is seeking an In-Room Dining Cashier to join the Food and Beverage team!

This luxurious Forbes 4-Star property features 502 rooms, 30,000 sq ft of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets, including 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and in-room dining.

• Shift: Various – availability required on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Pay Rate: $13.39/hour

Responsibilities:

• Answer In-Room Dining telephones professionally, responding promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu to offer thoughtful recommendations tailored to guest preferences.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, inputting them into the POS system efficiently.
• Reconcile checks accurately at delivery, manage cash drawer and house bank per accounting standards.
