Responsibilities
  • Utilize a microscope to verify that products meet or exceed manufacturing guidelines.
  • Record inspection results accurately in quality logs, travelers and computer systems. Report non‑conformances and deviations promptly to supervisors, production managers and quality engineers. Maintain traceability of inspected products and materials. Perform First Article review.
  • Collaborate with production managers to identify and resolve quality issues, provide corrective action feedback to operators and supervisors, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
  • Escalate quality problems or defects to the appropriate manager or senior management to enable corrective action and prevent recurrence.
  • Duties may be modified at any time to meet business needs.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; experience may substitute for a degree.
  • 1+ years of flexible printed circuit board manufacturing experience required.
  • Experience in cross‑section preparation and analysis desired.
  • Familiarity with microscopes and laboratory procedures in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and measurement techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and specifications.
  • Proficiency in computer data entry and microscope operation.
