Job summary

PacAero, a leader in aerospace sealing and electronic packaging, is seeking an In-Process Inspector to inspect precision parts per specifications. You will perform in-process visual and dimensional checks, read engineering drawings, and follow established procedures under general supervision.

The role involves a Mon-Fri schedule (5:00am–1:30pm) and a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and teamwork within our Wenatchee, WA facility.

Qualifications

• Reading and understanding engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Basic ability to read and comprehend drawings and work instruction documentation.
• Familiarity with inspection tools and dimensional checks.

Responsibilities

• Work cooperatively with all employees.
• Willingness to adapt work schedule to company needs.
• Attendance / Punctuality: Is consistently at work and on time.
• Follow company handbook policy and companies cell phone policy.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by area Lead or Supervisor.
• Observe safety regulations and follow protective equipment requirements.
• Follow daily clean up and housekeeping procedures.
• Comply with all quality, safety, and work-related rules and regulations.
• The ability to complete tasks in a reasonably timely manner.
• In-process visual inspections under a microscope to confirm compliance with quality standards.
• In-process dimensional inspections with drop indicators, calipers, and micrometers as needed.
