The role emphasizes First Article inspection, AS9102 Rev C, and ensuring tools and equipment meet calibration standards. The position offers pay from $21.00 to $27.00 per hour, plus eligibility for quarterly bonus, 80 hours PTO, 10 holidays, medical/dental/vision, and a 401(k) plan;

Qualifications

• The ability to read and write English.
• Advanced Troubleshooting Skills
• Advanced Shop Math
• Advanced Print Reading
• Deep knowledge of Product & Customer Specification
• The ability to use complex gauges
• The ability to navigate intranet to locate process documents - computer skills
• Mechanical Testing experience (shear, tension, spindle retention etc)
• Willing and able to work overtime and weekends as business needs demand

Responsibilities

• First Article complete form knowledge
• Filling out AS9102 Rev C
• Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.
• Performs Trouble shooting on Test Machines
• Program Keyence and able to trouble shoot
• Assist in coordinating for Quality Department needs
• Ensures tools / equipment meet standard and calibration requirements.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
