Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
• Experience preparing complex individual and business returns, including tax planning and audit support.
• Strong client-facing, consultative, or advisory experience and ability to explain tax concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex tax situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financials and tax implications, then provide personalized recommendations.
• Build trust and year-round relationships by offering tax savings opportunities and Block Advisors products/services.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance when needed.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.
